Description:This is a screen reader using a software Text-To-Speech package like FESTIVAL or RSYNTH. t reads the screen information from the device /dev/vcsa0 and puts it through to a TTS. The file /opt/etc/abt320/tts contains the name(s) of the TTS to be used by screader. (from rpm description)
